Other day I wrote about sketches and few day ago I just got with this amazing collection of sketches! First I thought that I was going to be repetitive about the subject, but then I realize that this one is just to good! I have to share it!!

Is a collection made by Fatma Alemadi that has a blog named The MegaMag.

That’s a really cool post from Abduzeedo. Its about urban art and the amazing creativity of two artists, Augusto and Leonardo Delafuente from Brazil.

We can type with anything…life proof is this work of  Vladimir Koncar, from Croatia.

Those designs are a personal work and in his own words:

• “I collect various objects and from them I form the letters. With those letters I write my thoughts down and they are a symbolic link between the font and the reflections.”

Orange is a vibrant color, it is the combination of red and yellow, so it has some of the attributes of both.It’s energy, warm and the sun.

As a warm color, orange stimulates emotions and even the appetite. In nature it can be seen in the autumn leaves, the sunset, in citrus fruits…

Is the  national color of The Netherlands, is also a color associated with Hinduism, where it represent fire.

If you want to get noticed without screaming, orange is a good choice.It goes really well with blue, its complementary color, it makes it pops! Same happens with black, and is also associated with Halloween. Yellow and red make a very vibrating combination. Green can fresh the themes and pink and purple can bring a nostalgic 60s psychedelic look to your designs!

I find out about this great artist on one of my daily inspiration sources, Behance , and I just got amazed with Steve Scott’s works.

He uses so well the colors and shapes, I was astonishing this morning scrolling down the images on Behance.

Steve Scott is an animation director and illustrator. He started his career in the late 90s, creating clips for many bands, like Silverchair and Salmonela Dub in Australia.

He is based now in London, involved in creating and directing commercials, some of hir clients are Nokia, Volvo, Sky and Channel 4.

His illustrations are very inspiring and I really recommended you take a look at his website.

I got really impressed with the work of this artist that Abduzeedo posted lately! Is a beautiful photomontage! His name is Wojciech Toast, photographer from Poland.

I always get amazed with the fantastic and colorful party that is Carnival in Brazil. So much color, so much energy, so much melodies! Is almost impossible not to get contagious with the energy that surrounds all the country! And if you started to pay attention to the costumes and decoration you get amazed with so much creative! Is a great font of inspiration!

In this post I’ve putted some pictures that I’ve found in the net of  this wonderful moment here in Brazil.
